Order Processing Time: All orders for our apparel and ball caps are processed and shipped within 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Cap Protection: To ensure your ball caps arrive in perfect condition without getting crushed, we ship all hats in sturdy, dedicated boxes rather than soft mailers.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Dogs Playing for Life!, Inc is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
